From software to hardware, on-site and remote. We take responsibility for project planning and service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
On-Site Support
We are the contact person on site and take care of the commissioning of the on-site systems and admission controls. During the event, we take care of replenishing consumables, technical management, fault analysis and troubleshooting. Through our reporting, we keep the visitor management up to date. Afterwards, we take care of decommissioning, dismantling and storage.
On-Site Personnel
We take care of the training of the on-site personnel: This ensures that the event starts with safe handling and tried-and-tested software and hardware. If you wish, we can take care of all on-site personnel and hire a reliable service provider or host and hostess service for the event.
Remote Support
During the event, a personal contact person from our remote support team will assist you – always available and just a phone call away. He or she will answer all questions regarding software and hardware. Monitoring is also reliably in the hands of Remote Support: the systems are continuously monitored during the event and irregularities are detected early and reliably.
Project Management
At ADITUS, every event organiser has a personal contact person: our project managers support you with their extensive experience in the planning, organisation and implementation of the event – from event marketing to system set-up.
